Terms of service

Orders

  • Please ensure that the email address you provide to us is accurate. This is the address to which we will send proof of your artwork.
  • Please ensure that you have ordered the correct quantity and allowed for extras.
  • We recommend ordering approximately 10 spares for any last-minute additions to your guest list and keepsakes. We cannot add to your order once it has been committed to print. After the completion of your printing processes, the additional orders you will request will be at least the minimum order quantity.
  • We are unable to start production of your order until we have received your written approval at the end of your design process.
  • After the design approval, the printing process of all the products you have ordered is completed. During the shipment phase, we share a photo of your products with you. (This photo is not a demo, it indicates that all your products are printed.)

Design Inclusions & Proofing

  • With your order, you also agree to the Terms of Service policy on our website.
  • After your order, we will send you an e-mail so that you can provide us with your personalized information.
  • Please consider your wording carefully and proofread it thoroughly before submitting your form to us, as this will be the wording we use for your design.
  • Your order includes three rounds of digital proofs. We will design your first proof with your wording exactly as specified in your order.
  • If you require revisions to your design, you will have two further proofs.
  • Fonts, layout, and design elements cannot be changed unless discussed prior to placing your order.
  • Additional revisions to your design or layout adjustments will be invoiced and charged at $75 per proof. You must pay this before we provide you with further proof.
  • After design approval, your printing processes are started. After this stage, a possible change request will be subject to extra charges.

Turnaround Times

  • Please review our timelines and ensure that you allocate sufficient time for us to design and print your order. Please note that the production times stated on the product pages are valid after design approval.
  • You will receive your initial proof within 24 hours of us receiving your completed form.
  • Please allow additional time for any required revisions. Please bear in mind that revisions to the design and/or delays in providing feedback will affect the turnaround time for your order.
  • Once you have approved your design, the turnaround time for digital printing is 5-7 working days plus shipping.
  • For letterpress or foil printing, the turnaround time is 7-10 working days plus shipping.
  • While we always strive to deliver within these timeframes, please be aware that custom or intricate orders may take longer.

Availability

  • We cannot assure you that all paper and envelope options shown on our website will be accessible at the time of your order, mainly during peak wedding season. If your paper and/or envelope preference is not available, we will propose a suitable alternative.

Guest Addressing

  • If you have requested guest addressing, we need an Excel spreadsheet of your guests' names and addresses formatted as per the example below.
  • Please ensure that all names and addresses are thoroughly proofread before submitting your spreadsheet. If you need to make more than 5 changes to your design proof regarding names or addresses, you will need to submit your spreadsheet again, and a reformatting fee of $75 will be applied.
  • To avoid incurring this fee, please do not send address spreadsheets that are not final or have not been thoroughly proofread.

Shipping

Returns & Cancellations

  • As our work is bespoke, all orders are non-refundable and not eligible for exchange, return or cancellation under any circumstances. For detailed information, please visit the Refund and Return Policy page.

Damaged or Lost Items

  • We take great care in inspecting, checking, and carefully packing your order to ensure it will not be damaged in transit.
  • If an item is damaged during shipping, World of Wedding Co. will not be held responsible.
  • Unless the Client has inspected the goods and contacted us in writing within 5 business days of delivery, the goods are deemed to have been delivered and accepted in good order and condition.
  • We will not be held responsible for invitation envelopes returned or lost by the Post Office after you, the Client, have posted them to your guests.

Copyright

  • World of Wedding Co. possesses all artwork and copyright concerning your order.
  • The client cannot redistribute or reproduce any portion or all of the artwork provided to them in any form.
  • The completed artwork files are not part of your order and are not purchasable.
  • World of Wedding Co. maintains the right to publish your invitations or wedding goods on our website and social media.
  • Kindly refrain from requesting the names of the fonts used in any of our designs. We strictly do not reveal the names of the fonts we use under any circumstances. This is to safeguard our intellectual property and future print revenue.

Errors

  • Please check your proofs carefully as the responsibility for accuracy rests with you, the client.
  • World of Wedding Co. will not be held responsible for any spelling or grammatical errors after the proof has been approved by you, the client.
  • If you find an error on your prints, please notify us immediately. Client errors can be reprinted at an additional fee.
  • Payment for the redesign, reprint and delivery of the item must be paid in full before artwork will begin.
  • Reprints due to client error will be placed in our printing queue and will not be prioritized over existing jobs.
  • If the print you receive differs from what was approved by you, World of Wedding Co. will cover the cost of reprinting and delivering the item with the error to you as a priority.
