Ordering Information
How to order?
- Our invitation card models are sold as a set. Please select the number of invitations you wish to order from the ‘Pack Size’ menu. After making your selection, the ‘Quantity’ field in your cart should remain as ‘1’.
- If applicable, choose any additional options such as internal printing, customization, wax seals, or accessories available for the invitation card model you are ordering.
- If offered, you can also select the envelope color and foil color to further personalize your order.
- Click the "Add to cart" button and checkout.
Note: Most of our invitations are sold as a set, including the invitation card and an envelope, sleeve, or jacket. If you’d like to order additional insert cards such as an RSVP Card with QR Code, Details Card, Menu, Mail Envelope, or others, you will see an offer screen after adding the invitation listing to your cart.
Design Process
- After placing your order, we will send you a form via email within 12 hours to collect all the details for your stationery, including your wording.
- Once we receive your personalized information, we will send you a digital design proof within 12 hours.
- The design stage timeframe may vary depending on the number of changes required and how quickly you respond. Please allow a minimum of 12 additional hours for any revisions to your design.
Stationery Design Inclusions
Your order includes three rounds of digital proofs.
- The first proof will be designed exactly as specified in your first personalization message.
- You will then have two revisions included.
Important:
- Revisions are limited to wording changes only.
- The design layout cannot be altered.
- Additional revisions beyond the included three proofs will incur a fee of $75 per proof.
To avoid extra charges, please carefully review and proofread your wording before submitting it to us.
Timeframes for Printing & Shipping
The timeframes below refer to the printing process only. Please account for additional time for the design process and shipping.
- Turnaround time after design approval: 5–10 business days plus shipping.
- Standard shipping delivery time: 10–14 business days.
- Expedited shipping delivery time: 3–5 business days.
These timeframes apply to orders shipped to the US and EU. For other countries, delivery times may vary by 1–2 days.
If you have ordered assembly services for your stationery, please allow an additional 1–2 days for processing.
Guest Addressing (For Mail Envelopes / Address Labels)
If you have ordered guest addressing or address labels, please provide an Excel spreadsheet with your guests’ names and addresses formatted into four columns:

We will send you a sample screenshot via email for reference.
Important:
- Please thoroughly proofread all names and addresses before submitting your spreadsheet.
- If more than five changes are required to your design proof, you will need to resubmit your spreadsheet, and a $35 reformatting fee will be applied.
- To avoid this fee, ensure that your spreadsheet is finalized and thoroughly proofread before submission.
